COVID-19 update: Our office is now open to new and current patients for face-to-face sessions. However, we are also continuing to support patients through telehealth for those who choose to remain online for treatment (policy restrictions apply). Due to the current state and continuously evolving nature of the pandemic, we know this is an even more critical time to support children with their therapy needs. What a Session Looks Like?

Sessions are usually about 50-55 minutes of direct 1:1 service and 5-10 minutes of documentation/family education, once per week. Each session is individualized and focuses on the needs of the child, addressing the identified areas of concern noted by the therapist and family. Sessions take place in our clinic in either a private treatment room or out in the gym space. Family members are encouraged to both participate and ask questions to educate themselves on how to best help that child, and our therapists are eager to share and educate the family to help provide that support. Our therapy team is in close communication and collaboration with one another in an effort to carry-over activities across disciplines. Home exercise programs/suggestions are provided once therapy has started to allow for carry-over at home.
